We had excellent service from Cousins and delivery was when we wanted it.
The lady who dealt with us whilst buying the bed was very helpful indeed, taking the time to ensure we were happy with our decision and answering all our questions.

The service in store was great and the delivery guys were helpful too.
I ordered 6 chairs, a bed frame and mattress. I needed the chairs in a hurry for my daughters 18th but the chairs were on order. Cousins kindly, and at no cost, arranged delivery of some temporary...
Store staff had no idea what products they had in their store. No items were in stock- everything was on order for 6-8 weeks. Above average delivery charges and charts for using a credit card!

We apologise for causing any inconvenience during your experience with us at Cousins Furniture.
During your process of order, the item you purchased at the time had to be ordered from the supplier which does take up to 6 to 8 weeks as we did not have any stock at all during our busy Christmas period.
We do have a standard price for our delivery and we do apologise if you feel it was an our of range price for yourself. However, as a furniture company we do a competitive price for our delivery charges that will be suitable for our customers.
In regards to credit card payments, a lot of companies which offer large scale purchases such as furniture, cars etc have a credit card charge however this is not within our control as this is unfortunately how banks work.
