Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Terrible customer service, avoid shopping here!

Responding to emails. Marking items as out of stock rather than accepting payment for next day delivery then informing customer that there will be a 10 day lead time before delivery.

Thank you for your review and I am sorry that Cooksmill didn't meet your expectations on this occasion. We have discovered there was on error on that product on our stock system and this shouldn't have shown as in stock at the time you ordered. This problem is now been rectified and we apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Thank you for your review Laura. We are sorry that two of your jars arrived broken. We do try and pack our deliveries as carefully as possible but occasionally breakages do happen. (Customer have complained about too much packaging and the effect on the environment.) We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused.
