Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

Thank you for your review. As we discussed with you via email there was an error regarding the VAT as this order was being sent to Jersey. We offered to send the order at a lower carriage rate to make up for the problem or a refund. You decided to accept the refund therefore we didn't send the order and refunded your purchase.

Fast delivery and ok providing nothing is wrong

Delivery was fast next day, however one fork was scratched and one desert spoon was wrong and a soup spoon was sent the other spoons were correct. Took a week to get a response from them , they...
