As soon as you contacted us to inform us of your missed delivery your order was sent out on next day delivery and your carriage costs were refunded in compensation. Thank you for your review. We understand your concern regarding the packaging however people are equally upset when their goods arrive broken. It's a hard balance to strike. When good arrive broken it can result in even more waste. We do continually monitor our packaging and your comments will be passed on.
