Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Nice walk along upper Thames, Goring to Staines.

Contours should have notified us in advance of major diversions in place along this walk. We might have chosen a different path.

Please do keep in touch with feedback via our in-depth feedback form, as we'd appreciate the opportunity to chase up the issues with dietary requirements you encountered along the way - we hate to think anyone's walking on a less-than-full stomach! Regarding diversions, we provide comprehensive links to the most up-to-date resources with our holiday materials so you can check all current diversions and other trail changes. This is the most reliable way we can provide this information, as trail conditions can change by the day. We advise all our walkers to save those links and reference them frequently in the buildup to and during your walk. Thank you again for providing a review, and we're glad you enjoyed your walk.
