Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Not a great a experience petplan messed up the payment, even thought I put all the details on the form . They agreed it’s there fault . No compensation still not been paid . Terrible company !

Chasing payment already made

I have received an email saying I haven't yet paid for the renewal of my policy but this was actually done by BACS. I feel someone should check the system before sending reminders.
