Thank you for your feedback. Our Grand tour of Venice consists of 3 independent tours - Doges Palace which usually operates with max 22/25 people per guide, Essence of Venice tour with max 12/14people per guide and the Grand canal boat tour max 8/9 people per boat. I can see that for some reason you didn't attend our Essence of Venice tour but showed up for a different tour - 11.10 am Original Venice walk which operates with a bigger group. I have no record on file as to why you opted for the 11.10 am departure instead - did you have other plans for the afternoon? You were scheduled for the 5 pm departure of the boat tour however it looks like you showed up an hour earlier hence the guides advised you to wait for your departure at 5 pm. We use best radios that are currently available in Venice - to be frank hardly ever do we have any issues with them - were they ok during the sound check before departure? Our guides carry a spare pair in case of need. It seems however that overall you are mostly satisfied with the experience?

Thank you so much for your enthusiastic 5-star review of our small group tour to the Dolomites! We are truly very pleased to read this was one of the best experiences of your life! The mountains are indeed stunning and we strongly suggest to anyone staying in Venice for more than just 1-2 days to take this side day trip as it's definitely worth it! Thanks for your recommendation!

It's definitely one of the highlights of our tour. Travelers with mobility issues it's best if you contact us in advance to arrange a private tour where we can adjust the tour itinerary to your needs and pace. We understand you enjoyed also the Italian food and we hope you will tour with us again in the future!

Thank you for your positive feedback about our small group Grand canal boat tour. It is definitely a unique way to see Venice and highly recommended. We are happy to read the tour allowed you to get some great pics of Venice from the water. Thank you for choosing Avventure Bellissime!

Thank you for your feedback - we value comments from all clients. May or June are super high season in Venice so naturally this means - lots of tourists. Venice is a particular city and there is less space than in a metropolis like London or New York so consequently it might be crowded in the alleys but that's not something that our company or guides can control. The tour operates approx with 22-25 people per guide depending if everybody show up or not. We include the headsets so that all participants can hear the guide clearly. Our guides always carry a pair of spare radios so if you notify the guide it is possible to change to a different headset in case there is any technical issue.

Thank you so much for your positive feedback - we are all very happy the trip was smooth and all services met your expectations! We look forward to hearing from you again in the future if you decide to visit our country one more time. Thank you for choosing Avventure Bellissime!
