Avventure bellissime srl Adolygiadau

Thank you for your positive comments - we are glad you enjoyed exploring the secret corners of Venice with our expert guide! This is beyond our control if other participants are nto careful with their selfie sticks - we advertise the tour as max 8 people per boat as it's an ideal number of people in order for everyone to be comfortable. We look forward to welcoming you on our tours again in the future!

Thank you for taking your time to post your feedback. We double checked your booking and there was no mention the two bookings were linked in any way so we couldn't have known you wanted to travel together. Given the tour logistics last minute changes are not feasible without delaying the departure and consequently causing issues with other pasengers. I understand this might have upset however there is really no mention on the booking about your request. Massimo is a friendly and pleasant guide, he certainly didn't mean to be unkind - he simply was trying to start the tour on time without delay since the boats are available only for a very specific time frame. I am sorry if this was not a very satisfactory tour for you, rest assured our guide meant no offence. I remain at disposal for any further clarification. Best regards, Aleksandra, Sales Dept
