Currently, we are revamping our Viator site to make it more user friendly and we are working hard to make sure our updated site provides you with the most efficient booking experience. We are unfortunately no longer supporting the App functionality on Android or IOS, however, you can still access your bookings and vouchers via the Viator mobile website. While customers are still currently able to make new bookings via the Android or IOS app, the functionality for 'Manage My Bookings' is not functional at this time, which includes the option to view your vouchers. We are so happy that you were proactive in printing your vouchers for this activity, although this information should have been made available to you prior to your trip.
