We see that your selected time was for 10AM, however we do not see a message from the supplier advising this time has changed. We do understand that certain unforeseen conditions can delay the beginning of any controlled tour or event. We would like to express our deepest apologies for the frustration you and your party experienced as a result of your disappointment regarding this tour, and we do hope this time change does not take away from your total experience.
