Jeff this is the second feedback that i have received and replied to today about la Casa Rossa.  They just as enthusiastic as you about the villa and of our services. Its great to know that you found the property fantastic and i hope to have you back in our of our beautiful villas again in the near future. 

Noreen I shall send you an email so you can explain to me in detail what issues you had with our web site. We did have some problems due to a bug but i would like to dig a bit deeper. We have never had any of our clients having problems finding San Antonio so again some more info will help assess your helpful comments. Katherine we find all our clients feedbacks very constructive, they are fundamental to improving our services as our properties. I have been traveling for most of the warmer months, june and july seeing houses so I have had very limited time to sit down and analyse in depth  all the property feed backs. They are read on a daily basis  by my office and less they are extremely urgent they are filed for an analysis that we do at the end of October. `Then they are passed onto our house owners and managers so we can then discuss them. Your at Olmo at San Gemini, one of my favourite towns, I have stayed there many times with my family at Santi Terzi, i love teh main square in the evening, sitting outside that bar whating life go by. . About la Trappola,, yes, its very expensive but thats all about location, Monte argentario is just one and half hours from Rome and its a stunning place. I have just arrived in London this afternoon,  I shall look at your comments about Pianstella and send a copy to the English owner who is going there in august for a few weeks. I shall send you a direct email if I have any questions. in the meantime I hope you enjoy San Gemini and thank you for using our services again and for your feedback.
