i am curious about your comment about the setting as its on a hill side in open countryside surrounded by a sea of olive groves with views of hills and other farmhouses and hamlets. i shall send you an email so you might explain your thoughts more in detail. 

This is a private home and as such reflects the owners tastes. It was restored less than two years ago to quite a high standard with a fantastic kitchen that leads out to the patio, garden and the pool thats set amongst the olive grove with beautiful views. 

Il Trebbio was the first structure to have been built by the Florentines on Sienese soil in the 14th century. It was originally a fortified structure that eventually became a farmhouse and more recently a very beautiful luxury home. Its a great home, much loved by the owners who spend a lot of time there . A stylish  and very comfortable property in a very beautiful location with lots of living space as you mentioned. There is also certainly a lot of wildlife at night there.

Great to know that you  would be happy to return to stay there again and that Giorgi did a great job in looking after you. Thank you again for your feedback. 

Its very hard to find a property in a village or a town that works well and that is not corrupted by new buildings or noise. La fattoria di Sarteano is one of the few around and its quite a unique experience to be live and spend time so deeply immersed in the local culture.  its a beautiful town and it seems that you were lucky enough to be staying there when they did the yearly procession which I have heard is quite a spectacle.

Podere la Cerqua is set half way between Orvieto and Todi, two beautiful medieval cities. Its indeed a wonderful Location. Augusta is a fantastic cook and very "simpatica", we always advise our clients to order dinner or a pizza evening with her.

Il chiesino has a superb location, with so much to do and visit both along the coast as inland. Its a great house for families and has a very functional layout with beautiful views. Your comments about the kitchen are in line with our plans of adding on the guest house and upgrading both the kitchen as adding some more shade so one can enjoy even more those views. Food in the maremma is simple but really healthy and cheap. 

Great to know that you would love to return and stay there again. should that be the case your entitled to a 5% price reduction. something we offer to all our returning clients. 

La Tegolaia has one of the most beautiful gardens I have ever seen. I was there in may and it was stunning. Its a private home, full of charm with oil paintings and oozes of character. Not an easy house to take photos of so its great to know that it was a success and that everyone enjoyed it. Thank you for your feedback. 

San Antonio is a great house and the village of Castioncello is delightful with a very pretty square and nice beaches. The garden with its palm trees  and private pool are quite special. We have never had anyone grumble about the beds, but i suppose that dont to taste and what each one of us is used to. In italy bathrooms can be tiny, we have been pushing house owners when they restore a house to add larger bathrooms. Barbara who manages the house with Antonio do arrange for some really special dinners. 

Roberto really does look after our clients, his italian is a bit basic but he seems to be able to always make our clients extremely satisfied with the house. Il Renaccio is not a luxury villa but we get rave reviews from all our clients. The views are indeed amazing and there is so much to do and see in the area. I do hope you might return one day. 

Podere La Cerqua is a very old stone farmhouse, beautifully restored and the manager Valeria does a great job looking after it. As all old farmhouses the windows are small so the rooms can seen somewhat dark. its set in a beautiful garden with lovely views and its very private but you have quite a few villages within easy reach and then Todi and Orvieto are both within 20 mins drive. i shall send you an email to ask you more specifically what you mean by de littering as its a private home so there are paintings, drawings  ad books from the family that own it.  

This is a bit of a surprise as we have had some really great reviews so far this year. I shall send you a private email so you can give me some more detail and i shall have our ground staff visit the property immediately.
