Richard thank you for your feedback, i shall have our concierge service speak to Diana the manager and check the extra services, thank you for pointing that out. I shall pass on your comments both to the owners and manager as we have a three year plan, with a list of improvements. For 2017 they are adding new new electrics to the second floor as air conditioning to the bedrooms on the second floor. Every year the property is going to get more and more comfortable but with the same fantastic services both from the sales and concierge team as on the ground.

Dear Valeria thank you for your feedback.  As you know, one of our ground staff visited you at Le Bruciate and inspected the Property and found it in an acceptable state. The road was fine and as described  in the description of the villa, but it was noted that you had not taken our written advice and rented a 4X4 car, you had two family saloon cars. There were a few scorpions which is not nice but they are harmless and the manager quickly disinfected the house for you. I apologised to you as the manager did who explained  to you that this was due to the extremely hot weather. Dust, if you leave all the doors open and you cancel the weekly cleaning eventually your going to get some dust whilst staying in an old stone farmhouse. It was advised that you should let the cleaner do her job but you said that you were not interested and as for the clutter, we get fantastic reviews about the property so thats simply down to a matter of culture and taste. We do hope that you might return and stay again in one of our beautiful villas, should that be the case your entitled to a 5% price reduction. 

Dear Mr Kurt, its great to know that this is the third time that you have stayed in one of our villas and that your again very satisfied with our services. Thank you for your feedback and i do hope that there is going to return soon and stay with us once again. 

Penelope I shall send you an email as i am curious as to what you mean by confusing as our sales and concierge staff get rave reviews as a rule. 

In the description it does explain that there is a small charge for the linen as the property is a private home so the owner and manager are not allowed by law to included bed lines as towels. In the same  description it also explains  that there is a weekly limit to electricity to try and see that our clients are careful so precious energy is not waisted and this is standard with all our properties.

Thank you for your feedback, with your comments that you found our sales and concierge team easy to work with, that they responded promptly. They go twice a year to visit the properties, to meet the managers as cooks, its expensive but very productive as it enables them to offer a very high standard of service.  Great to know that you got the same quality of service from Michele the owner  and Daniela who is a fantastic cook.
