Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and I apologise if you did not find creating your listing a satisfactory experience.
The currency in which your listing is displayed is currently dependent on the language that you select to create your listing. As you selected English, your listing will have been displayed in GBP (£). We have to ensure that listings are in the correct currency as if a sale was to happen both you and the buyer would be expecting to pay/receive different amounts due to the fact that your prices would be displayed in the incorrect currency.
Although we realise that this may not be ideal, we are going to be implementing changes to our currency options in the near future. When creating your listing on our sell form, it is stated that you must include the name change fee in your sale price (both where you enter your prices and before you submit your listing within the tick boxes).
Our support team also reached out to you to let you know that your sale prices were not high enough to cover the fee charged by the airline and it would be advisory to make the appropriate amendments other wise you would not be able to recoup any of the Original Cost. As TransferTravel.com is a peer to peer market place, it is ultimately the sellers responsibility to ensure that all fee's are included in the sale price of their listing.
