As we mentioned before, we were promised by the supplier that the item is going to arrive on time and we were doing everything we possibly could to get the item delivered on time.
If they would have said otherwise, we would not have accepted the order, because we knew how important the timing was.
As promised, we have also matched the price of the discount website which was much less than the retail price.
However, I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. We are doing our best to avoid situation like this in the future.
