I'm very sorry you were not happy with the delivery process. However thank you very much for informing me how happy both your client and yourself are with the table. Unfortunately delays are unavoidable especially with bespoke items. We pride ourselves on our customer service and are very sorry you did not receive this. Thank you very much for your feedback
Ordered taken and accepted. Several days later and after my credit card being charged I received an email saying the item was unavailable. 7 days before money was refunded to my credit card

I'm very sorry you feel like this, just to make you aware we are a retailer we do not hold stock. Sometimes it can take some time, for the suppliers to inform us the items are out of stock. As soon as we became aware you were immediately refunded.
