I should have marked excellent, but because I have a VIP account, i do not qualify for any of the sale discounts. I feel that being a loyal customer, i should receive the extra discounts.

I am extremely sorry for the extensive delay in your mother receiving her product, we are currently trialling a courier company instead of Royal Mail, and very occasionally the service level is proving to be disppointing from them, I do apologize this has been your experience, if you have any concerns regarding deliveries do please contact us after the advised 5 days, and we can chase up the courier company, and issue a replacement where appropriate.
