Thank you for your feedback. I understand that the Mascara you purchased did arrive but the free complimentary sample did not. Due to the high volume of orders that came through at the same time it sent the stock for this sample into the minus which meant that a couple of orders had a sample added when we had actually gone out of stock. I do apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.
