Hello Sandra, I'm sorry you are unhappy with the service we provided. We print all of our stickers to order so that we are able to provide stickers that are fully customised. This means orders take 3-4 working days to process, print, finish and dispatch. It was then sent via first class postage which normally takes 1-2 working days, however we are unable to guarantee this as it greatly depends on the speed of the Royal Mail. Looking into your order I can see that the order was placed on the 12th and dispatched on the 18th. On this occasion your order seems to have taken 1 day longer than normal. As an apology we have sent you a discount code directly. Please keep an eye on your spam folder for this. Hi, I am very sorry that your stickers arrived like this. They certainly should peel off the backing with ease. We will have your stickers reprinted and sent again as soon as possible. With regards to delivery, it takes 3-4 working days to process, print, pack and dispatch. It then takes an additional 2-4 working days for the Royal Mail to deliver. I can see that your order took one day longer than it should. I can only apologise for this delay and pass on the issue to our print team.
