Please accept our apologies regarding the delay. At the moment orders are taking around 10 working days. Your order was placed just before the bank holiday, as a result this would have given you an estimated delivery date of the 16th April.

With regards to the text size issue. All of the text is applied to the stickers via a computer software. This has a set space for text to fit to avoid overlapping. This means that the more text you add, the smaller the text will appear. Having looked at the artwork for your order, I can see that the birthday stickers text is as large as we can make it on that size sticker. However, the star stickers do look like there is room to make the text bigger. I have contacted you directly to work out this issue with you.

Good morning,
I am very sorry you have not received your order. It was sent out on time and should have arrived with you. Unfortunately this is the first time we have been made aware that it has not been with you so we have not been able to investigate or remedy for you.
Unfortunately we are seeing a delay in shipments to the US at the moment and this is made clear in checkout.
I have refunded your order and it should hopefully arrive any day now.

No need to cancel or refund. Hopefully they will arrive soon. I did see that they are being sent to the US from the UK, so I'll just be patient. I just couldn't review the product without having received.
