We print everything to order so that our products can be customised for our customers which takes an average of 7 working days. Please be assured that we never forget about an order, your order specifically would have been printed and ready when you called. We do dispatch in numerical order and can assure you that your order was due to be dispatched later that day.
I can see that your order did take a day or two longer than it should have. Please accept our apologies for the delay you experienced, September has been a very busy month for us and we are working incredibly hard to get all orders out in good time as well as looking at ways to reduce lead times going forward.
