We are sorry you feel like the service you received wasn't good enough. On each product page for stickers, below the description, it tells you how many stickers are in each pack. Each small pack contains 70 stickers. As you purchased 2 of the small packs you would have received a total of 140 stickers.
Money is debited from the account as soon as an order is placed. By placing the order you are agreeing for payment to be taken via the payment method chosen.
We print all stickers to order and takes 3-4 working days to print, pack and dispatch. Then with second class delivery it can take an additional 2-4 working days. This is clearly detailed in the checkout process. This means in total the order can take 5-8 working days to arrive.
Your order was placed on the 5th October and dispatched 7 working days later on the 13th. Please accept our apologies as this does fall outside of our normal print, pack and dispatch guidelines. Therefore we are going to refund you for this order. You should receive your refund within 5 working days.
