The postage and packaging of the product was poor.
The envelope arrived very tatty and when opened some of the packaging on the products inside had split or been damaged.

Please accept our apologies for the way your package arrived. We package items as best we can but occasionally they go through some tough conditions to get to you. If items are ever damaged in transport we are more than happy to replace them :)

All stickers are designed in RGB as this is the colour scheme for computer screens. For print they are converted to CMYK. Sometimes there can be a variation in the colour, especially if the colours chosen were very bright.

Thank you for your feedback. Our stickers will have varying effectiveness depending on what they are stuck to. For example, a sticker stuck into a solid clean surface will stick much longer than if stuck onto clothing.
If a more resilient sticker material is required you can contact us to talk about your requirements.
