Good heat, stylish look but small and fiddly controls

One of the 8 radiators was defective and their authorized engineer did not appear for over a week so our own electrician had to replace the heater.

Registration of product difficult - too many serial number digits, passwords & then getting back into system. Placing serial number plate on the back of the heater so it cannot be seen unless the...

The product registration process is currently under review and development to make it simpler and easier for our customers to register their products.

Very difficult to register products on website. 3 products to register and continually told 'product does not exist'.
