Now that we have discusses this on the telephone, we are adding the products that you require to The Ricoh eShop and making them available for you to purchase, (I will confirm with you via email the product codes that you require as soon as they are live). We do always try to make sure that our online store is stocked with quality products that meet our customer’s needs. We have over 60,000 products available within The Ricoh eShop, ranging from media and consumables through to a comprehensive range of IT products and software solutions. Any product that you require outside of this range, we will do our best to make it available to you and all our customers; simply let us know what you require by completing an ‘enquiry form’, located under the ‘contact us’ section, or talk to us using our ‘Live Chat’ service. Very pleased that you found the order process easy and our eCommerce Customer Success team friendly as this is very important to us and we know too our customers also. As to the delivery being a bit slow, our stats show that over 95% of orders are satisfied within 3 days and the vast majority next day. Sometimes delayed deliveries can occur for a number of reasons, some out of our control. But we try our best to be as proactive as possible to keep customers aware where a delay happens.
