Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. I would like to apologies for the problems that you have had with your order, the delays you have been faced with are unacceptable. I was concerned to read that you were still not completely satisfied with your order. I will be more than happy to arrange to have your consultant come back to you to look into your issue with the chair leg and the incorrect coloured scatter cushions. With regards to your first order being sub-contracted without our knowledge, I have investigated this and I can confirm that this is not the case at all. We have a team of local upholsterers in your area and when one team is overloaded with work, it is then passed on to another team with capacity to fill your order. However, this doesn’t excuse the issues you had with your order and I would like to apologise again for any inconvenience this has caused.
