Service okay although delivery was longer than promised I wanted a woven fabric and we have ended up with a dralon type fabric. The making is okay, although the bottom skirt does not hang very well....

Thank you for your feedback. I was sorry to read that you are unhappy with the fabric you have chosen for your covers. Our consultants bring large fabric samples to every home visit so you can get a clear idea of the type and quality of the fabric you are ordering. However, if you feel that you have not received the fabric that you originally chose during your visit please let me know and I will arrange for customer services to contact you. With regards to receiving the wrong fabric sample for your scatter cushions if you would like to let me know which fabric you originally requested I can arrange to have the correct one sent out to you. I apologise for any inconvenience these issues may have caused.
