Thank you for your feedback. Firstly I would like to apologise for the unacceptable delays in your order. The delay was caused by a temporary shortage in staff and there was a small backlog of orders as a result. Since this time we have recruited additional staff to ensure that this issue can be avoided in the future. Once again I would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
