In terms of delivery, the courier tracking is only made available once the tree has been despatched, which is why there was no earlier notification. Should you choose to order with us again, there is a delivery notes section at checkout where you can request a preferred date or time frame, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate it. Regarding the appearance, young birch trees naturally have brown bark, which gradually turns white as they mature—usually from around three years of age. Camellia Lady Campbell is a winter to early spring-flowering plant, and it’s completely natural for its blooms to begin dropping at this time of year. This won’t affect the overall health of the plant, and you can expect fresh flowers to return next season. We do water all our plants before dispatch to help keep them hydrated during transit, but after a few days of travel, they may still benefit from a thorough watering once unpacked.
