I am an old age pensioner and was shocked when the pallet was left in my drive way. causing me a problem. Maybe you could look into this for the future.

Further to our correspondence, we can confirm that what you are seeing with the pressure treatment is perfectly normal, and often depends on how quickly the treatment has dried after being applied. The actions we have advised should do the trick. As a result of your feedback in respect of securing the arch to the ground, we will be updating our website in due course so that customers can see the appropriate information, and we will also be offering the necessary spikes for purchase, which are currently only available in our garden centres.
