Excellent customer xare
I was disappointed in the finish of the table as it had a noticeable flaw in the front. I called Customer care and after some very positive correspondence a replacement was delivered.

I bought the same plant by mail order from another nursery - and they were like two different plants - see below! And yours was half the price! Your website was easier to use and the travelling box...

I wasn't told they only did kerbside deliveries, being on my own that was very annoying and bad service. My bench is still in the garage awaiting my new garden, but half unpacked it looks good,...

Some of the couriers we use only offer kerbside delivery and we point this out both online and in our delivery email. If kerbside delivery is going to prove a problem for one of our customers we will do everything we can to help.
