The vehicle will be parked as close to the property as possible and a pallet containing the bulk bag will be manoeuvred into position with a hand pump truck, therefore the unloading area must be smooth and level. The latter is indicated on the product page of our website. Following our discussion, it has come to light that the surface of your driveway is uneven, hence the problems incurred by the driver. Under normal circumstances, delivery is able to be made by one driver using the equipment provided. We have asked our supplier to ensure that all required information relating to the delivery is discussed prior to booking future deliveries.
