We were very quick in despatching your new plant from our nursery, which is in a different location to our Webstore from where our notifications are sent out, and there was a delay in communication between the two. We are sorry that as a result you were not at home to receive the plant and have indeed escalated the matter further to ensure that in future, an 'attempted delivery' card is left in these circumstances.

Thank you for your feedback and for choosing us for your purchase. We are sorry that you felt inconvenienced waiting for your delivery to arrive. The items you purchased are supplied by a third-party who book delivery direct with our customers and despatch from their own distribution centre. Unfortunately they do not offer timed delivery slots. We would encourage customers who have a mobile phone to offer this when booking in the delivery as the supplier may be able to send a text to advise that the item is en route, although not necessarily a specific estimated time of arrival.
