We are restricted to which areas we can deliver by the couriers we use and unfortunately your post-code falls outside of our delivery areas. We discussed this matter internally, as we too were unhappy that we could not fulfil your order, especially as the package would be relatively small. As a result, we have arranged to send your order by a different method and furthermore, we have commenced a wider delivery review. Unfortunately, we could not reinstate your original order once cancelled as we do not retain our customers' payment details; and so we asked you to place a new order. We are sorry that this has been a frustrating shopping experience for you and can see from your feedback that you are very fond of these particular tulips. We do hope that you are happy with our resolution and we hope that your new tulips will bring you as much pleasure as the last ones did.
