It’s great to hear you are pleased with your new Wildfire Bronze Firepit with Grill and we hope you will have many opportunities to use it throughout the Autumn. Unfortunately this firepit does not come with a cover but we are reviewing our range of firepits for next season and are hoping to include appropriate covers for purchase.

We are very sorry the initial one was damaged and the replacement was not delivered to you on the date which had been agreed. We also apologise that you did not receive confirmation that the replacement was being delivered to our garden centre for you to collect. We like to ensure that our customers are kept abreast of our actions and clearly, on this occasion, there was a breakdown in communication. You had expected the Plumley Eucalyptus Hardwood 6 Seater to be delivered during the day; however, the courier had been delayed and attempted delivery during the early evening, leaving a card to advise. Unfortunately Notcutts Head Office had not been made aware of the late delivery and colleagues on our Customer Care Helpline do not have access to the systems to track orders sent direct from our suppliers. As this happened after normal business hours, they could not escalate the matter for an answer. We are sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused and have now arranged for re delivery at your earliest availability.
