no order confirmation, no indication of shipping date or details of parcel tracking info etc…

Thank you for your feedback. I can confirmt that both payment and order confirmation were sent on 27.08.11 to the e-mail address you provided on your order. As the order was placed on saturday 27.08.11 and due to uk bank holiday the goods were not dispatched until 30.08.11. I can also confirm they were delivered to your address in New Zealand via dhl internationl on 05.09.11 signed for by the name ema.c ref. tracking number Waybill: 7960802463 Any further problems please advise and we can only apologies for anu inconvieiance
