Thank you for your feed back and I can only apologies that the item has not been received. The item was dispatched with royal mail on 10.10.11 via royal mail recorded delivery to the address provided on your order. I have checked the tracking number and it has been returned to sender as per the below details - Your item with reference AH911432165GB is being returned to sender. "This is either because the item wasn‘t picked up by the recipient, or because we couldn't deliver it. Sorry for any inconvenience. Please allow for at least two days before tracking the return of your item." I can only apologies if a card wasn't left as they say there was and can either have this item re-sent to an address where there is someone in to sign for it or refund your card

Thank you for your comments, we received your order on 27.09.11 and it was dispatched the following day using DHL which is now Yodel. Usually it is a 24hr service but deliveries to Ireland take slightly longer. It went our for delivery on the 29th and a card was left as there was no one in to receive. A lot of our customers tend to have there orders sent to somewhere where there is someone available to accept them. This is a signed for service so it does require a signature. I can only apologies that the depot is not very close and that you are having difficulties getting hold of them. If you would like us to instruct them to re-deliver on your behalf we can do so, if there is an alternative address perhaps or a day that someone will be in to sign for it please contact us with this and we can send them your instructions.
