Thank you for your feed back, we do stock a large amount of products on our website but this one at the time was not available for immediate dispatch. We did e-mail to advise of the stock situation and delivered within the 7-10 days we estimated. The item is on special offer and usually retails at £599.00, our price is one of cheapest in comparison to other online retailers. We do have a 14 day returns period so if you are unhappy or think you have been overcharged you can return it un-used in its original packaging for a refund.
