Hi and thanks for the review. It's disappointing to read that your loyalty to us has not been rewarded with a new deal. We work hard to provide existing customers with a new deal if we can, often at lower rates, but it's not always possible. We need to conduct our usual credit checks and undergo our normal underwriting procedures before agreeing any new deal so it may be that something has come up in those checks that's prevented us from offering you a new agreement. Really helpful and understanding..great finance company.
