Do not recommend these
Very expensive, very reluctant to give a financial break during the pandemic. Paid every month on time, then refused me a new application on completion of my account. Would not recommend to anyone

Hi Ashley and thanks for the review. We acknowledge that our rates are higher than that of a mainstream lender, such as a bank, but this is due to the poor credit market we serve and the risk of lending within that market. As well as providing the opportunity for a customer to own a vehicle they may not otherwise have had, we hope we're also providing the chance for a customer to improve their credit rating by maintaining a finance agreement with us. I'm sorry to read that you felt we were reluctant to provide a payment holiday during the pandemic. This would have depended on your own financial circumstances and our decision would have followed a discussion with you around affordability. I'm also sorry to read that we've been unable to offer you a further deal. We work hard to offer further agreements where we can but we still need to go through our usual credit checks and underwriting processes. Would use again if we buy another car
The process was really easy, when we chose our car the money was paid out straight away.They took the money back on the date we agreed with and never waivered from that date.i would highly recommend...

Not helpful when struggling.
Having customer service explain properly the format of what happens when you struggle to make a payment due to employer not paying you so having to change payment date. Telling you you are ind ebt...

Hi and thanks for the review. I'm sorry to read that you haven't found us to be supportive during a difficult time for you. It can be that a change of payment date can result in two payments becoming due in a very short period of time and, as a result, missing one of those payments can create arrears on the agreement. There is a very useful video that you can watch on YouTube that explains how this can happen. When speaking to customer service you wouldnt expect to be told to watch a you tube video. I was also was told about the double payment. And as matter of fact payment was not missed

Hi and thanks for the response. We're unable to lower our rates or the monthly instalment. However, if the repairs to the vehicle mean you can't afford to make a monthly instalment we can have a discussion with you about missing a month. We'll need to discuss whether you'll be in a position to then pay that back over a period of time or you may be eligible for a payment break. Unfortunately, these options will have a negative impact on your credit file so will need to be considered carefully. If you'd like to discuss this with us then please give us a call on 0330 555 1230 and one of our agents will be happy to discuss this with you. Alternatively, if you're struggling with affordability then our agent will be able to provide you with the contact details for some not for profit debt advice organisations that may be able to help.
