When journeying in North America, our trusted partners and your ground handlers Destination America operate our departures; which is why our Insight Experts would have advised you to contact them directly to rectify any on trip issues. Furthermore, their contact information can be found at the beginning of the itinerary; however, we still regret to learn of the complications that you encountered at the start of your trip and we have passed on your feedback to our Operations Team to help ensure that any similar instances do not affect our guests in the future. Nevertheless, we would like to thank you for your suggestions and we truly hope that you have still left your journey in the south with many exceptional experiences.

Our Travelling Concierges are committed to ensuring the best experiences for our guests and so we are very pleased that the assistance provided was to your to full satisfaction. Furthermore, we are sure that your Travelling Concierge would have been happy to adjust the walking pace of the trip within reason to accommodate the needs of the entire group should they have been made aware of this concern. Nevertheless, we thank you for your suggestions about the transfers, time in Florence and accommodations in Rome, which we have shared with our Quality Control and Product Development Teams for their further review. However, we hope that you have left your time on the Ultimate Italy trip with many outstanding memories.
