Our website specifies that orders will take around 16 working days, which excludes bank holidays.This meant that your order was due to leave us on the 5th August. Your order left our possession on the 5th August, which was on time and we therefore fulfilled our delivery policy on this occasion. It is crucial to us that the quality control and workmanship is second to none before any order leaves us and due to the bank holiday, we are sorry that we were unable to post your order any earlier in time for your wife’s birthday.
We have taken your comments onboard and will look to amend as appropriate to ensure that our delivery times are always made clear.
On a lighter note, I am ever so pleased that your wife is happy with her earrings and that she had a lovely surprise, albeit a few days after her special day.If there is anything else we can do for you in the future, please be assured that I will personally do everything I can to make any further experience with us, a pleasant and successful one.
