With regards to the delivery information, we are making some fundamental changes to the expected arrival date that will be clearer than it is at the moment. We always email an estimated due date to all of our customer's, which can sometimes vary either side of earlier/later. I am sorry if you did not receive this email with an expected due date and that you had to call us. Our quality control standards are very high & occasionally if an item does not come up to standard, this will delay the delivery, but we do try our best to keep people up to speed with any changes in due dates.
Thank you also for your comments about the different colours for packaging. We have had so much positivity from our customer's about the very high quality of our packaging, that we wouldn't like to compromise on either the material of the boxes but also the colours that have become part of our brand identity. Offering a choice in colour could cloudy the brand identity that we are building on.
