However, I am sorry that you felt it necessary to leave only a 3 star review for the product. Your engagement ring has very small diamonds set in the shoulders that are all individually set by hand in the UK. Our product is not mass produced or machine set in the Far East as the majority of diamond jewellery is that you will find on the high street. Tiny diamonds can work loose through wear and tear and this is especially the case if precious jewellery is not removed when carrying out duties such as washing dishes, manual activity or gardening etc, which can cause damage to the setting including stones becoming loose or falling out through claws being knocked etc.
It is never our intention to make any of our customers feel as if they have done anything to cause a lost or loose stone, so out of goodwill, we do not quibble or insist on inspections which would lead to unnecessary stress for the customer. Therefore, I hope you are happy with our no quibble service that covered the cost of the postage back to you, repaired your ring and polished it which was carried out without any charge to yourself.
