Your property manager is doing all they can to get this resolved with your landlord who is aware of the issue. We can see we have kept you up to date throughout the process but again will of course take your comments on board and monitor this closely. We understand all other radiators in the property are working but will of course do what we can to speed this repair up for you. Hi Hassan, We again are very sorry that this happened. Unfortunately as the property was down valued at the mortgage stage and the owner was unable to negotiate, as well as yourself being unable to make up the difference, the owner did instruct us to go back to the market to find a buyer who could proceed. Again we are terribly sorry that this did happen but unfortunately we do have to take the vendors instructions on how they would like to proceed. We wish you all the best for the future. HOP
