Thank you for your feedback, but we are sorry to hear that your order was affected by such a long delay and that there was an issue with the delivery. While there are difficult circumstances at the moment with Covid and Brexit, you should still expect more from Heal's. We are working very hard with our suppliers to ensure we can provide customers with accurate delivery times, sorry that this was not the case on this occasion.
