I have sent you an e-mail today explaining the situation regarding your free subscription gift. It appears that the advertised gift had run out of stock due to the popularity of the offer. Attempts have since been made but have been unsuccessful so as we are obliged to offer an alternative gift we have allocated you the FOR"Tea"N Times mug on 8th May 2014 and this will arrive to you shortly. I do apologise regarding the delay with this although I would like to thank you for your valuable feedback which is greatly appreciated.

I can confirm that the advertised gift was subject to availability as there the stock was limited. It appears that the stock ran out fast due to the popularity of the offer and attempts have been made to provide further stock but we have not been successful with this. As per the terms of the offer we are obliged to offer an alternative gift if we are unable to provide the advertised gift and so we have allocated you the FOR "Tea" N Times mug to your subscription which will be sent out shortly to you. It was really nice to talk to you on the telephone today to discuss this matter with you. We see that you telephoned earlier today and one of our advisors slightly amended the delivery address records for you in case this was the cause of the problem. I can see that a 3 issue extension was placed onto your subscription by the advisor although from speaking to you myself today I have in addition managed to order the missing issues for you and these will be with you shortly.
