All the magazines have come promptly and in excellent condition, however I was supposed to receive a UFO ceramic mug, which has yet to turn up (4 months later)

I have tried to call you this morning but was not able to get through so I have left you a voice mail and followed up with an e-mail explaining the situation regarding your free subscription gift. It appears that the advertised gift had run out of stock due to the popularity of the offer. Attempts have since been made but have been unsuccessful so as we are obliged to offer an alternative gift we have allocated you the FOR"Tea"N Times mug on 8th May 2014 and this will arrive to you shortly.
