Dumping cases off our return flight is poor practice, mine was one of them. The rules re maximum 20kg weight limits need to be properly enforced. It is unfair that those of us who abide by the rules...
So good to have direct flights instead of via gatwick with more security checks, luggage etc. Very pleasant staff and the Boeing 717 seemed new and very clean.

Flights were delayed & bagage was taken off on the return trip! Bagage handlers were abusive and very disrespectful with the bagage on returning to jersey.

Thanks for the message. Please accept our apologies again for the long delay to the flight due to a series of unexpected events, firstly the hard lading of the inbound flight requiring the technician to assess the aircraft and then the extremely fierce storm conditions.
I'm sorry you missed the first day of your holiday and arrived late on the Monday, these were exceptional circumstances and we did our best to look after you during this delay including the provision of a hotel which I hope helped a little.
I hope you still got to enjoy the days you did have in Tenerife.

Delays on both outbound and inbound flights seem to be a norm which suggests timing incorrect. The times of the flights also meant that two full days were missed from the holiday.

Thanks you for your comments. The timings you were given were correct for the flights and I'm sorry for the short delays you experienced.
Your outbound flight arrived late into Jersey as there were some passengers who needed special assistance in Tenerife. On the return flight, due to unforeseen circumstances, the crew weren't available to fly until slightly later.
We always try to secure the best available day / time slots for our clients and I'm sorry these didn't work as well for you this time.

Thank you for your comments, at times when we have a full flight and several different hotels that holidaymakers have chosen the transfers can take longer and I'm sorry for your long transfer time on this occasion.
On the return flight there were some clients who needed special assistance at the airport and this resulted in the short delay. Apologies that you weren't informed about this.

was delayed on 7th feb going to Tenerife delayed for 27 hours went the following day at 17.20. lost a day for our holiday l would rather go via Gatwick , l would not travel with them again,
