Thank you for your comments and we're sorry for the disruption to your return journey. As you'll know, Tenerife South Airport had problems with their systems which meant a slow check-in. We are liaising with the airline about their decision to divert to Rennes and unload the bags although ensuring a safe landing at Jersey airport was paramount.
